Welcome to LuxApta, the premier luxury apartment selection service operating at luxapta.best. By accessing our offerings, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all service engagements, digital materials, and physical items provided by LuxApta.

2. Services

LuxApta offers a Luxury apartment selection service tailored to discerning clients. Service details, scheduling, and support are available via our Contact Us form. Appointments are organized based on availability, and service confirmations will be sent by email.

3. Info Products

Digital guides, market insights, and downloadable resources are offered as info products. Once access is granted, an access link is provided, and no reversal of access is possible.

4. Goods

Physical items related to interior previews or welcome kits are provided as goods. Delivery times vary by location and are specified at the time of purchase.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional fee. For cancellations between 7 and 13 days prior, a 50% fee applies, with the balance returned or applied to a future appointment. No refund is available for cancellations within 7 days, due to preparatory arrangements and third party commitments.

5.2 Info Products

All sales of info products are final once access is granted. No returns or exchanges are offered, as immediate delivery prevents reversal of access.

5.3 Goods

Unopened and unused goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be initiated via our Contact Us form. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original purchase method within 10 business days. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

6. Rescheduling

Service appointments may be rescheduled free of charge if requested at least 7 days before the original date. Reschedules made between 3 and 6 days incur a 25% reschedule fee. No rescheduling is available within 3 days of the appointment.
